Took a trip to Skärhamn on the island of Tjörn to visit Akvarellmuseet (the Watercolour Museum) and the exhibition of Berit Broms’ studies of movement. Also on display was examples of watercolour in book illustrations.
Took a walk on the cliffs waiting for the museum to open. The air was cold but very still. Hardly a ripple on the water. Fantastic views over Bohuslän’s grey and pink granite coast.
The clouds and fog cleared and the sun came out low over the horizon as we came out of the museum and we took another walk on the rocks to see how the golden glow made the landscape come to life.
