Love them or hate them but we all have a relationship to cars and other mechanised forms of personal transportation. Mechanical marvels and always at the cutting edge of technology great effort has always been put into their design to seduce us to believe that we can’t live without them.
Still, the automotive industry is surprisingly conservative. Despite the enormous creativity with form and details, for the most part a car still has four wheels, and engine in the front and is steered with a steering wheel. Everything changes and nothing has changed.
