Dropped in to RiverCity Gallery in Eriksberg to see Claes Hillén’s fantastic photographs in the gallery’s second anniversary jubilee exhibition. Strolled along the river front in some rare April sunshine and took some pictures. Experimenting with some digital filters for new expressions. Looking for a colourised etching effect rather than a true photographic reproduction. Need to work to find the right balance of saturation and black outlines and details but it gives an interesting look to buildings and technical things. What do you think?

11 Apr 2016Hey Rik, yes I do like this effect ie the black outlines and detail – it does give an an interesting look to buildings and technical things. Especially the steel work, street furniture and the board walks.
