An otherwise dull November night gets interesting when a light fog rolls in off the water. Time to get the camera out and take pictures in the dark. Streetlights, traffic lights, cars and buses throw out amazing cones of light. The tower (Karlatornet) disappears and only faint spots from the working lights on the upper floors are visible making it very strange and eerie, like some alien spacecraft landed nearby.

A large apperture, a slow shutter, and a steady grip to keep the images sharp. I’m very pleased when I transfer them over to the computer, they turned out better than I had hoped. Some careful editing and a Technicolor filter to give them a more cinematic look without compromising too much on authenticity. See what you think…
