Again, a breakfast we will not forget in a hurry. By the open window on top of the cliff with the magnificent views.
It’s time to head north again and back to Göteborg. We will do it in three days. The first stop will be Innsbruck where I have found a hotel close to the old town – the Penz
We stay off the autostrada upp the valley through Bolzano. A quick stop at the Eisacktaler Kelleri to pick up some bottles of their Kerner white wine, and then upp towards the Brenner Pass along the roads winding through all the small villages you never see from the autostrada. The autostrada is elevated and passes above the villages and you hardly notice it.
In Brenner it’s time to stop and charge again and also this time the charging stations are extremely difficult to navigate to but we manage. Lots of Danes again, are there any left in Denmark? We queue for about 5 minutes before a charger becomes available. We pass the 30 minute charging time walking through an outlet shopping center. A kind of tax free mecca on the border between Italy and Austria. Anna made a good deal on a pair of Skechers.
Down the mountain and into Innsbruck. The Penz hotel is new and comfortable. We find a biergarten in the old town and enjoy beer and a schnitzel and have a walk around. Not so many pictures today.
