The first day of Friends through Art, an exhibition at Färjenäs in Göteborg by five friends with a passion for art in the form of painting, photography, textiles and silversmithing. The rain fell more or less all day but at least the storm that closed the Älvsborg bridge the night before had moved on. Despite the weather the turnout was very good. Most of the photos below are courtesy of my good friend and colleague Claes Hillén who, incidentally, also printed my photos and mentored me in the practical details of exhibiting photography.
